I never have a good experience at this Dunkin’ and I have been going to it for 5 years. My order is never right and the workers get upset if you point out the fact that the order is wrong. The speed of service is slow and even with 4 people at times it just doesn’t sit well with how long one must wake for a drink or even a donut.

The lady running the drive-through on 9/11/22 was one of the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with, period. The service at this location has been horribly slow for a long time now it’s rude as well. I’m never going back to this location again!

Have never been talked to so rudely in all my life. My daughter and I could not believe the treatment we received in the drive thru. Janique obviously does not care whether she keeps her job or not, the way she had attitude with us. We visit St Pete Beach often, but we will NEVER be back to this store.

They've got the drive tru closed & the kitchen is closed bc 1 girl is running the store by herself. She's nice, professional, quick & efficient. Yall better go in there & tip this girl
