Genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life. We booked online and paid in advance to pick up our car at noon, note on door said “lunch break from 12-1pm”. We didn’t receive any heads up that no one would be there until 1pm and had to wait for an hour in the hot sun to get our car. Completely unacceptable, I would highly recommend avoiding this location. Very rude customer service and the woman at the front desk had a terrible attitude. Never again.

Convenient location. My husband made a reservation for a car and went to pick it up. He only had his debit card and they would only accept a major credit card, which he had left at home. So he asked them to cancel the reservation and he would have me come down with my credit card to make a new reservation. This was just minutes after the time of his reservation and because they canceled it just two minutes after the time he was supposed to have picked up they charged him for a full day with no refund. But the price for the week was pretty good, except for that fee. I will probably look into another rental car company next year as I do not trust them any longer.

Reserved a car to pick up had confirmation all good got there at 1 pm like I was supposed to and was told they are out of vehicles maybe around 3 someone else will cancel. Girl behind the counter very unprofessional and no help at all. Guess we will stick with ubers. I'd give them no stars but that isn't an option.

Says they are open till 5; can’t get on the phone with them anytime after 12 and then when you finally get through it says their closed at 3. Completely nonsensical
