I moved into The Yards in 2021 and have LOVED living here. The location could not be better and the staff is so great. Every member of management, front desk staff, and maintenance is so kind and helpful with whatever it is you need. The Yards is exactly like it is pictured online, and it's only a 5 minute walk to The Strip which is such a bonus. Derrick recently helped me renew my lease for another year and was super helpful, so I'm excited to finish out the year in Pittsburgh! Definitely recommend The Yards if you're looking for a place in Pittsburgh.

I moved into the yards back in 2019 and have loved it since. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly! I haven’t had many maintenance issues at all and when I did staff was prompt to correct.

Our experience at The Yards has just begun, but we feel compelled to tell all about it. We recently moved to Pittsburgh for work and had just begun our search for a new home. That’s when we called the office and spoke to Derrick for a tour, in which he immediately accepted our request day-of and saw us within the hour. Derrick was extremely accommodating and worked hard in making sure that everything we wanted was met. He worked on the weekend for us, gave us multiple options, and even worked with upper management to fulfill our accommodations. He even helped us situate within the neighborhood and recommended us some great spots including Coup de’ville and our other favorite spot, which you’ll have to ask Derrick for. Not having that many friends in the area, he’s even invited us out to places in which he has genuinely made us feel welcome. Aside from Derrick, living at The Yards has been fulfilling to say the least. A home away from a home, or should I say a yard away from a yard, this complex is truly the place to be if you want a great location, amenities, staff, and community.

Cannot put into words how incredible this venue is. The building is beautifully designed and has so so so much to offer any prospective tenants. The value that this property has to offer any tenant is top notch. The amenities, staff (specifically Derrick who is incredibly helpful and is a great representation for The Yards community), and community are all incredibly welcoming and there is no other community I would rather be apart of!
