I just opened a checking account, and the whole staff was extremely friendly and professional! Banker, Heidi Rofaeel was helpful and walked me through the steps of my online banking. She had great customer service and I'm happy I chose this branch. The bankers, tellers, and managers were all well organized. My experience was awesome!

I went to Wells Fargo and asked to close my account. The man I spoke with was Richard. He refused to close my account based on the fact that my drivers license is 1 month past the expiration date.
