Todd seemed to be a nice enough guy but when I called to ask him about getting windows the woman who answered snapped at me, said 'he never comes in, what can I help you with? My reply of course was 'absolutely nothing now' and I hung up..I refuse to do business with rude people....

What an amazing crew! I called to get a window replaced in a commercial building and in less then a week the window was ordered and installed! I highly recommend this local business, from the great customer service in the office to the field crew I would give them a call!! Thank you for the help!

They have done some good work and some that never really worked out for me. They are local and somewhat reasonable for price if you are looking to support our local businesses. Don't be in a hurry, they are not fast.

We would like to give an enormous thank you to Jim's Glass. We had a disastrous installation of all the windows in our house, completed incorrectly by a big box store. The owner and the office manager helped us resolve the issues with the box store and re-installed our windows in time for winter. Their professionalism and expertise is unparalleled.They went above and beyond in all aspects of the job - from going to bat with the box store, fitting us in their already packed schedule, and listening patiently to our panicked phone calls as each day was raining and our home was unprotected.
