It is unfortunate that this branch of US Bank, 555 Ocean Blvd. does not reflect the excellence US Bank as company truly is. To be specific, the General Manager of the 555 Ocean branch, Roxanne, whose overall lack of reasonable people skills, with an overt use of obviscation in her approach to dealing with clients', plus the shear absence of simple human-to-human compassion for life circumstances that could have resulted in an easily resolvable mistake, a mistake thatnwas outside of my controle, has baffled every single customer service representative, banker and GM of other US Banks I had spoke with. With such out of line behavior on behalf US Bank, as to permanently close my account, because my mother accidently gave me a two checks that bounced, simply becaue she was grieving over her mother's death from the day before and forgot to move money into her checking account. Because of that understandable mistake, that was imediatly addressed with the intent to resolve the issue, Roxanne, the GM, refuses to reopen my account resulting me having to move my banking elsewhere. Roxanne even breefly explained to me over the phone before she hung up on me, that my account is closed because I bounced those two checks. And that is exactly what she told me, she then followed up with "I don't have to explain it to you nore do I need to speak with you. (Click)". That was the exact conversation I had with her. (Mind blown). The pure disregard and lack of empathy is disturbing and I just can't wrap my head around how a person like this is allowed to exist in such a prestigious bank. Such a shame that US Bank has such a terrible manager at that branch. US bank lost my buisness along with my families buisness.

My past experiences were very well , but ever since the manager with the fake exaggerated smile and over done make up has appeared it's been quite unsettling .... Use caution signing up for business account. 3rd party merchant is their partner, Elavon. They get kickbacks or something. Customer service a bit lacking as far as phone skills, "well not my dept" or "Im new here" instead of "Let me find out, or get someone who can help you." Need more training in customer relations. That is about all I will say at moment as don't want to be malicious in my review. I would just say do your research and choose your bank wisely.Hello Lisa, Thanks for reaching out. Honestly the worst bank and the worst branch is this one right here, I closed 2 of my accounts, Roxana Dadrass I believe is the manager, ( she really shouldn’t be though ) she clearly hates her job which translates into how she’s serving US bank customers, I’m not gonna get into the details, but hopefully she’ll step up her game, or get a different job.Hello Mohamed, Thank you for reaching out and for providing your review. Honestly, I dont know the bank has a Zelle Service for customers.
