I put two I-130 in last year one ago and was given different dates each time I went to the lawyers office I'm in Kentucky. My wife's case is in Nebraska where as my step daughters case has been moved to California. the current wait time now is "12.5 to 16 months" just for the Judication process that's not counting the NVC which could take 4 to 6 more depending on the embassy in the other country. My wife is Italian. Now it's been 2 years since we've started this process and the cases have been moved several times. It's supposed to be in Vermont now but, who knows they never give you a direct answer, I even have my local senators office inquiring about the cases and still nothing, even when you call the main office all you get is a run around. The time frame now is 16 - 24.5 months from the start. It's now currently 8/2021 we submitted our cases 9/2019

Guys please do your research I know the process seems unending however the. California center takes from 18 up month to get I1-30 approved the good news is that fro all those who are waiting you will be able to file i485 immediately with out a wait since the dates are now current on the visa bulletin board. They are currently at December 2016 so for all those who filed in 2017 only a few months left for your approval! Just be patient and be ready to start i485 when your approval comes!

This was my request, it was submitted in New York and it is in California Center. Possible is for the work cluster

USCIS did not speed up the process even though they accepted my citizenship documents. I feel like they delayed it on purpose.

If you are filing along with I-912 form then you will need to look at the instructions on that form to see where to file your I-912 along with your I-765. There are many locations to mail in your form but it depends on the reason you are filing it for. Hope that helps.

yes they did sent us a letter stating that they have received our human reinstatement last october 2018 and still we have been waiting for more than a year for their decision if it's approved or not by the visa center.

I am assuming that ur biometrics were done in september. Depends where is your jurisdiction but you should be getting anytime soon. Check processing times of your local uscis office online.

Each non immigrant must file separately. All form types along with instructions on how to complete them, where to send them, and how much to pay for each applicant are located on website uscis.gov/forms

The i-751 instructions will indicate where to send your filing to, and the mailing address is dependent on what state you live in. There are several address licatuons throughout the US.
