My grandfather died last 2017 and we had sent our letter of humanitarian request last October 2018, I would like to ask how many months or years should we wait to know if our Humanitarian Reinstatement Request has been declined or approved?

yes they did sent us a letter stating that they have received our human reinstatement last october 2018 and still we have been waiting for more than a year for their decision if it's approved or not by the visa center.
