I have called 3 times this week for my dog’s medical records. Each time they were too busy and took down my number and information to call me back. No call back any of the times, so today I called back at 6:05 when they are supposed to close at 7, and the message said they were closed. Her previous owner took her to Banfield, and I need these records to get her proper veterinary care and enroll her in obedience courses. They are preventing my sweet girl from getting proper care and training. I’m pretty easygoing but I’m actually very angry right now. This is not okay.

I had a (perceived) emergency with my pet; the staff was responsive, efficient and sympathetic. Even needing to schedule a follow-up 2 days later to ease my mind on additional concerns, the staff was able to work me in to talk with Dr. Koch. There are many Vets closer to my home... I am willing to drive the extra miles for this facility and staff! Thank you for caring!

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
