The worst possible delivery experience ever! I had 2 large, very heavy vanities delivered. The delivery guy shows up down the road from my house and refuses to drive any further because of some very tiny branches hanging off of a tree would touch the top of his truck. I even offered to hop up an cut them off. I have had a least a dozen or more trucks this size come down my driveway in the past year. He then dropped the pallets 300 ft from my house. It took me 8 trips with a hand truck down a gravel road with large boxes, some of which were 200lbs to get the stuff to my house with no offer to help. Less then 30 mins later, Albert Lee appliance shows up with another delivery and they were at my front door before I even knew they were on my street with the exact same sized truck. ZERO issues. I will never order anything from a company that uses Estes for delivery ever again.

Love the management/managers, very understanding, excellent employees,well trained, everything is done on time! A+ company for sure, if you want to deal with everyday shipping, deal with estes!

Previous to this move for us, I would've given 5 stars. We've used self move semi trailers like this 5 times as we've moved across the country without issue. I've followed the instructions to the letter on listing my valuables to be covered by the higher insurance they recommended. I watched the driver leave the feet of the trailer approx 2 inches off the ground as he disconnected the truck from it. It dropped hard as pulled out from under it - it dropped so hard that it broke the frame of our piano that has traveled with us over 20 years (and in at least 4 other self move trailers like this - without damage). All I asked is that they pay for the repairs (estimated at $1000). They denied on account the trailer wasn't involved in any collision, act of god, water damage, fire, explosion, riot/civil commotion, or theft. If I had shipped something via freight like this and my item had been damaged like this - it would be covered. This damage should be too. People considering using this service to transport their belongings - BEWARE!!! they won't take ANY responsibility or care for your valuables.
