Allen wrenches aren't with the wrenches, they're with screwdrivers? Huh? Basin wrenches also aren't with the wrenches, they just have their own mini display. I think you guys need a bigger wrench section so you can put all your wrenches in one spot.

Well stocked, helpful staff. I took a wrong turn on my approach because I wasn't paying close enough attention so you may want to take some caution. That said, the signage is good so no excuses for me.

I'm only giving one star because it's making me. But this is the worst harbor freight I've ever been to. The customer service is terrible.. I walked in and immediately was followed through the store. I didn't have a backpack I didn't have a large purse or anything like that or give them any reason to believe that there was a reason to follow me. As a matter of fact at the end of my purchase I spent nearly $150 and I left before I got all of the stuff I needed because I was completely uncomfortable. I came back a couple days later to speak with management about it and felt that it was taken very lightly and not really a concern. There were employees swearing on the floor one employee insinuated that I changed the price tag for how much some sandpaper was or did I put it in the wrong spot to get a better price although there were two separate places where the sandpaper was at marked at two different prices which I took the assistant manager over there and showed him. I have been shopping with harbor freight for nearly 10 years and I will never go to this location again I was embarrassed humiliated and it caused me such severe anxiety being treated the way that I was treated for no reason. They need to get rid of management and bring in new people new employees new managers and find somebody that can do the job professionally that's going to represent the company in an upstanding manner
