I made a wrong name check to uscis, rather than U.S Department of Homeland security..I'm asking are they going to reget my check n send it back to me?

Hi, first process when you send in your application is that they will cash in your check and reply with a reciept. If the money hasnt gone out from your account, i would suggest to cancel the check and resend your application once again. Because it will take for ever for an immigration office to respond to your application, get the check resend and work it from there.
