On March 2018 I was a GC holder when I sent my Spouses form I-130. Now I'm a US citizen and they still haven't approved the file even after requesting to upgrade the file status Immediate relative. Is there any way to speed up the process?

USCIS did not speed up the process even though they accepted my citizenship documents. I feel like they delayed it on purpose.

Please, my parents are old and my father is sick because of psychiatry. He is the one who started my process. I would like to be with them even if it is his last years of life since they lost my sister because of cancer. and since 2016 I have not received a response from the California Center, it seems that all the I-130s have been stopped, I thought they wanted a couple of years and this continues to drag on, how much longer could my process take? Other offices are processing faster. Greetings to those who attend to my complaint, please review and speed up the processes, being separated suffers a lot.
