This place sucks! Don't rent here. Keep driving by! Toilet many rental issue, the staff in the office sucks! All of them. They have zero interest to do their jobs, answer phones etc. Stay away!

I applied for a unit on Dec 9th only to get bait and switched into a more expensive unit. On Dec 16th I called to find out the status of my application. I was told I would hear back later that day if not by the next day the 17th. I called back after not hearing anything. No one picked up and I left a voicemail. No one responded to my voicemail. It’s now the 22nd of December and I am still waiting for a response. Whom ever is monitoring this seems to be more responsive than the people in your office. Have someone contact me. To update this - I finally was able to get a hold of someone once I called their office with my number blocked (very unprofessional staff). They attempted to pass me off again but eventually they approved my application. They emailed me a lease to sign. The lease they emailed me would have started charging me on Dec 9th, a full month before the unit was even ready and what my move in would have been. I'm definitely not signing that. Avoid this place. Their sole goal seems to be to mistreat and rip off their prospective tenants. Read everything before signing anything.

The entire team at The Ashton have set the bar high. The office staff has been phenomenal, the grounds are cared for, and we are very comfortable in our apartment. We are very happy to be residents here. Thank you for going the extra mile to take care of the community, as well as the added layer of professionalism you have provided so far.

Please do yourselves a favor, stay away from this place. The management here is terrible: there are hundreds of residents here and you will just be another no one cares about. The walls are paper thin, so if you love listening to your neighbors sleep, eat, watch TV and use the restroom then maybe you will like it here. If there’s any discrepancy with your vehicle it will be towed immediately without warning. On top of that...$1900 for 750 sq ft is a total joke. Just another over priced California apartment in a nice area, looks nice from the outside, dump on the inside. I wasn’t evicted or paying late rent or anything negative on my part, I’m just being honest about how uncomfortable I felt to be there. I’m not a hater, but this place is definitely not worth that kind of price. If you like living here...you’re one of THOSE people.
