I've been living here for 2+ years, I'm becoming very disappointed in the management. It takes an act of god to have a consistent person in the main office. You talk to one person one day and your concerns or schedules aren't kept because there is always someone new or a temp running the office for the day. The only real person I've learned to count on is the maintenance Lead, he has been super solid. For the amount of rent increases I've had I'm seriously starting to wonder why I rent here. The amount of crime due to the hotel next to the apartments is very dissuading as well, cars are constantly being broken into or vandalized even though they have "security" onsite at night. It's time to invest in security cameras and start prosecuting people having a police presence.

New manager does not care for renters. Does not answer phone calls even she is not doing anything and walking around. Especially maintenance issue. She is not qualified to be an apartment manager. Wish we have Kelly back. She is the opposite of Kelly. You need a new manager that is more attentive or care for renters. If renters have problem issues on maintenance it takes her 2 days or more to reply. That's how bad it is.

Very unsatisfied with management. This property is not properly staffed, there is only one person in leasing office and when she is not present, you can not rely on other personnel to handle your issues. The main issue I had here was with my move out. Upon moving out I had hired a cleaning company to clean the apt thoroughly. I only had one year living here so apt was in pretty much same condition as they had leased it to me. To my surprise I was charged a cleaning fee of $130, carpet cleaning and repaint! Don't expect your deposit back here. They find every little thing charge you. I had never been charged by other companies for these items since they are normal wear, but here they charge you. I would suggest to all tenants to leave their property without cleaning and any other detail because you will be recharged. No point of paying $180 for cleaning like I did if you will be charged again.

!!!Crime!!!! !!!!Burglary!!!! !!!!Robbery!!!! They have security at this complex, because everyone here has been a victim. There's been a total of over 20 BREAK-INS in the short time that my family has been here. I've been a victim of 4 of those crimes. Security is a joke! Security patrols this complex and another complex across the street near the golf course, so it's impossible for him to be at two places at one time. We pay good money to live here and this apartment complex is one of the most expensive places in Corona. I would like to say that you get what you pay for here, but it's plain and simply not! Been a resident here for 5 months.
