As one of the first 50 residents living here I am in love. These apartments are everything and the amenities makes you want to stay home lol. Everything is upgraded and it’s peaceful here.

I rarely leave reviews but I had to take a moment to give a big shout-out to The Monterey Apartments. My residency here for the past year has been amazing!! The property is extremely beautiful, well maintained and with all the great amenities I feel like I'm staying at a resort!! Also, Amy and Adam in the leasing office are always friendly and extremely accommodating. They will go above and beyond to resolve any issues if they arise. I highly recommend The Monterey Apartments if you are looking for a great apartment in a great community.

I have been here since they were still building the complex and I love being here . The amenities are amazing as well as the staff in the office !!! Let me be very real as well we all know rent is ridiculous everywhere, even here , but to me it’s worth it . They have been so gracious with working with me ups and downs and just amazing all around !!! Ryan is one of the best in the office as well so if you want to take a tour ask for him !!!

From the very first day I went in to tour the Apartments, I fell in love! Rachel helped me she’s the best, however, Ryan, Lorraine, and Susan Are also super kind. Everybody is so friendly but Rachel is my favorite. Ask for Rachel!! The place is beautiful, I mean the apartments are brand new what else could you ask for! The kitchen is beautiful! The gym, the pool, and the pet spa are also great! If you are looking for a place to rent, Check out the Monterey oh and my most favorite part... my building has an elevator !! 😍😍😍

Our B6T floor plan is very spacious which is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome that is 1453 square feet.
