I'm always surprised when getting good customer service, over the phone, at any place. But the lady was very nice and sweet. Pay it ,its really cheap,if Don't it will be a few $100 dollars it's probably like $7 maybe even fifteen I don't remember pay it otherwise it will be lots a few hundred dollars and pay attention next time to know where you're driving you're responsible for that vehicle
