Eddie had an excellent customer service. On arriving to terrano, we were greeted by a very friendly representative. He was efficient and took his time to show us around the appartment complex. He was able to answer all our questions. Good listener and good of remembering names. This guy deserves an appreciation and a raise.We were shopping for apartments for 2 month and we never felt we are in a good hand like we did in Terrano.

Spoke to Brooke this morning about availability on units and after letting me know about a unit that would be available the being of October she denied me from renting a unit stating that they don’t take it. She also told me that I had to make 3 times the rent as if I wasn’t able to do that. Denying anyone from renting or leasing a property or unit while on housing is a discriminatory violation and action against the people who are on it. Rental licenses can be revoked and took. In the state of California you legally cannot deny anyone from renting or leasing while being on section 8 housing. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here knowing what type of people they have working for them.

We have been here at Terrano since January and have nothing but great things to say. Staff, (office and maintenance) are professional, efficient, friendly and so helpful. Property is well maintained and issues (we've had a couple minor calls) are handled same day, with care and their follow up to those issues are handled same day as well. We are enjoying our stay.

Just moved in October to the Terrano apartments and absolutely loving it. If you are looking for an upscale adobe modern resort like feel, move here. The staff is friendly and easy going. The apartments are immaculate and new. The surrounding areas are rich and clean. The shops are walking distance as well as the lake, restaurants and movie theatre. It’s kind of like a little secluded exclusive oasis.
