PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE A REVIEW UNLESS YOU LIVE HERE! The leasing office is bribing people who come in to look at the apartments to leave 5-Star reviews and it’s undermining the needs and reviews of actual residents. The place has changed a lot in the last few years. Management has changed multiple times and The current management staff is horrible. Good luck getting an email replied to or someone to answer the phone. Pop your head in and ask a question and they look at you like you have two heads. It interesting that they have time to respond to every single comment on here but I have to email 5-6 times to get a response. If you have a maintenance request be prepared to ask and ask and ask. Then it gets partially completed and then you email the office to follow up on it being finished and they will never reply. Literally never reply. They are not meeting the move in dates of new residents. A neighbor of mine was promised a date and then just a week before the move in date they pushed it out by 3-weeks. They already had a move out date on their current place and could not stay. They ended up in a hotel for multiple weeks at their expense. Another resident I spoke to said she had to wait over two weeks past her move in date. Just know what your getting into before you sign a lease here.
