Rotating doors of therapist and psychologist. They dont answer either of these phone numbers after 330. There rude and very unprofessional. This has to be the worst place I ever encountered of this manner.

I've been a patient of High point since November of 2018 and I have to say this is one of the worst experiences with a professional organization of physicians and therapists I've ever had in my life!!! Since being admitted into their program and taking sobriety seriously I have been discharged from their program accidentally, had two different doctors and or nurse practitioners quit or leave the practice that were assigned to my case directly therefore my medications were not being taken care of properly, and since March of 2018 I have not received a single therapy appointment that I've asked for and it is now December 8 months later and I'm on my third doctor!!! In the last three months because I'm on a medication a psychiatrist prescribes I've had to call and Chase my medication deal with several new office managers that have only been employed for a month and being neglected swept under the rug and giving every excuse as to why I cannot be helped when all I want is to maintain my sobriety that I've had for a year and two months. a medication I've been on for over a year was due to be refilled yesterday morning the 29th I spoke to the pharmacy who sent over the refill request Tuesday night before Thanksgiving to make sure I have my medication for Friday when needed and it is now Saturday and this is the third month in a row I've had to chase my own medications doctors in office managers of a month to no avail and to not have my medication that I need badly to maintain my hard-earned sobriety! it's bad enough the Highpoint company has been sued over and over again and it looks like if I don't get some direct answers in the next 24 hours they might be facing another lawsuit for negligence and damages!!!

Sandy’s S. O. A. P. program saved my life. I am eternally greatful! This is the place I would recommend IF you are serious about getting sober... Even if your not! Fake it till you make it. It changed my thinking and my way of life which I may say is amazing! Sandy’s the best anyone who meets her is lucky to have her!

I don't know if this helps but i see a counselor there. They also have groups but I've never been to one of those.
