It really isn't very safe for a 2-year-old. I've been there when there aren't many people there and that would be a great time for a 2-year-old to maybe learn to skate, but this most recent time I went it was quite busy and children were running around on the rink without skates. It was very dangerous. There are some arcade games and there's a concession there. I guess those are things that a 2-year-old could do. Might be fun for the 2-year-old to watch the skaters also. I love it there I highly recommend it just know that there isn't a lot for a 2-year-old.
