Exel property is a horrible company and they are in my personal opinion an extreme danger to all the residents, especially the Cowardly bullying manager and staff of the lake ridge Commons apartment complex of Wilmington NC are very low class with their continuous cowardly bullying ways and they're useless, foolish, careless, ridiculous ,and they are very disrespectful and very unprofessional and the owners of the Exel property company are in my personal opinion cowardly, careless, insignificant and useless and foolish

The complex is beautiful but there's never a maintenance person available Out of 3 years the maintenance person only picked up trash on the grounds. If the company doesn't hire a real maintenance person this property is going to start going down hill. Please save this property.
