Hi sandy, we ultimately would reccomend coming in to speak to us, as we have many types of products that could help you with pain relief...but our #1 recommendation would be Start off with the 300 sublingual oil which is about 10mg a day, you would take 5mg by dropper under the tongue, twice a day.
