Never appreciated a group of men like I do our maintenance crew. My family and I have been living here three years. Every event that has transpired while living here has been met with beyond exceptional customer service, work ethic, kindness, promptness and aid. Thank you to Donna in the Front Office and her assistant Cecilia and the 4 men on maintenance. The biggest thank you to Cuco, Ricardo, Ronnie and the man in charge, Louie. Thank you for all your hard work! 🙏🏽

Been here almost a year. Haven’t had any pest problems and over all pretty good complex. Always kids outside running around playing and being loud which is expected so don’t really mind. Only complains are the Back pool which hasn’t been opened since we moved so the other gets pretty crowded considering it’s a big complex. Front gate is almost never working, and we’ve had a few things stolen off of our porch. Seems like people across the street are always walking through the complex. I leave for work at 4am and have ran into men digging in trash bins or walking around. I’ve only seen a security guard twice since we moved in last summer.

Maintenance is amazing!!! Ronnie and Louie always come with great attitudes and fix anything needed big or small with no complaints. Very happy with their hard work and how friendly they are😊

Avana Springs is a great community in Corona for the money. There are a lot of families in the community, which makes it feel safe. Management is very friendly and responsive, which is a huge plus. The maintenance team is beyond amazing; they are quick to address any maintenance issues and they fix the problem right the first time. They are super friendly and professional. Overall, this is a great place to live!
