Worst secretaries and office managers in this building. They do not know how to communicate properly, they take forever to get back to you and don’t answer the phone. They choose to tell you they need something from you at the last minute and give you only 24 hours to submit some thing back. This is not a place where I would want to live if this is how they run their office.

I just relocated to Encanto and have been blown away by the amount of professionalism and attention I've gotten so far. My initial visit to view Encanto was promptly followed up with personal emails and calls by Kaylee and Arriel at the leasing office. They simplified and streamlined the whole renting process. Let's not forget about the maintenance staff; they are very friendly and prompt to fill orders! One of them is pretty skilled at playing the trumpet. I love how the apartment is open and modern. The physical space is stunning both within the apartment and outdoors in the communal areas. I enjoy strolling my dog along the golf course and watching the sunrise in the mornings, as well as walking across the streets to the shops and the lake for fun date nights. Overall, I am pleased with my decision to relocate to Encanto. I am overjoyed and feel truly at home!

Well I have been here for over a year now and thought I’d update my review. PLEASE DO NOT LEASE HERE. It is so pretty from the outside and the apartments are nice, but it ends there. And seeing they have the monopoly in the area residents are at a disadvantage when looking in the area. If you live here you will need to live with upstairs neighbors not taking their large dogs out for a walk and instead allow them to urinate on their balcony. Which means they are urinating on your balcony. You are required here to pay for the valet trash service. This service is Sunday-Thursday. Your neighbors will decide to leave their trash out all weekend at their front door, which means at your front door. This is a non-smoking community, but all your neighbors will smoke. All apartments will come with a one or two car garage, but more than half the residents use their garage for storage, which means parking issues for your second vehicle or friends coming to visit. Then on top of this working with the office is very difficult. You will need to do all of their follow up or follow through when needing to resolve anything. You will need to submit documents about three times, even confirmed received, and still might need to submit again. You will need to call, email, and then finally walk in to get items resolved as well. It’s really unfortunate because it is a nice community and close to shopping. The potential is there, but the consistency and follow through is subpar.

Beautiful community, horrible everything else. My husband and I recently had to move cross country due to us losing our jobs cause of Covid. We gave more than our 30 day notice and was actually out a couple weeks before our lease was even up. I cleaned the apartment to the best of my ability on top of the stresses of packing and getting everything ready to start a new life in a new state. Well they hit us with rent for a half month which we really couldn’t pay due to losing our jobs and we asked if there was any way they could work with us. Manager said yeah fill out this form and we’ll forward it to the owner. My husband fills it out in a timely matter and sends it over (this is before we had even left California) and they never even acknowledge it. What they do however is send us an invoice for the half month rent, a cleaning service fee, paint fee, replacing carpet on the stairs even though the carpet was already in terrible shape and smelled of cat pee when we moved in which I brought up with the office. And they are still charging us for trash valet even though we have moved out. My husband reached out to them after the invoice and still nothing from them. They are completely unwilling to communicate or even work with you which is something we all need in this time. My husband and I thought this was a beautiful community to have as our first place together, but really is was just a nightmare in disguise. Do yourself a favor and skip over this community when looking for a new place to live.

You don’t want to rent at Encanto, As soon as you move in, you can’t get anyone at the office or Greystar to answer any of your questions.

Are there many kids there? Can you walk to retail stores?

There are a handful of stores across the street, including a Trader Joe's. The bigger shopping center (with Target) is just beyond walking distance. Not worth it though, haha. I am a regretful former resident. Read the yelp and google reviews.
