There are so many options when looking to live in DTLA, but Park Fifth is by far the best. I honestly cannot think of a single thing to critique here at Park Fifth; the staff are exceptional and truly go the extra mile, the quality of life is unmatched, the amenities are some of the best offered in LA, and the apartment homes are extremely high-quality, and the building is well-managed and maintained. I love living here and my experience as a resident at Park Fifth has truly exceeded my expectations. STAFF: While the building itself is top-tier, the staff truly makes it the great place that it is. The leasing staff (specifically worked with Keith, Luke, and Neal) have been extremely helpful, responsive, and accommodating. I have worked with each staff member at some point during my time at Park Fifth (leasing, amenity rental, renewing my lease), and they have all shown that they really do care about the residents and go above and beyond to ensure that needs are met in a timely and organized manner. I have lived at apartments where the leasing staff are inaccessible, unhelpful, and where responses take days to weeks; that is definitely not the case here at Park Fifth, and I am very grateful for the staff's commitment to ensuring resident satisfaction. The concierge staff (specifically Reilly, Tom, Ezri, and Q) are very helpful and welcoming. They greet you by name, and while that's a small thing, it really does make you feel at home. Recently, the smoke detector in my unit started beeping and Q arrived in less than 5 minutes to help me disconnect it and replace the battery (it was past midnight), again, this is the commitment to resident satisfaction that is just unmatched at Park Fifth. The maintenance team goes above and beyond to complete service requests, and my service requests have always been completed either the same day or the next day. Park Fifth really did a great job putting together a team that really cares, and it really makes this building the great place that it is. BUILDING/COMMUNITY: Park Fifth has some of the best amenities offered in DTLA. From an expansive rooftop Skydeck with 360-degree views of DTLA to the rooftop pool, 24-hour rooftop gym, and a lower-level patio and clubroom the amenities really are unmatched. The gym has free weights, a smith machine, a cable machine, set barbells, treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, a stair master, TRX cables, and there's an entire yoga room adjacent to the gym with insane views. There is a coffee machine for all residents up on the roof with great espresso and coffee options. Park Fifth also hosts regular resident events with great food and beverage options. Park Fifth has scent machines throughout the building and the hallway and common areas always smell great. There is 24-hour security and valet in the building. While the building is access controlled, their commitment to safety is also appreciated. With everything that has been going on in DTLA recently, Park Fifth has been quick to send residents safety alerts and has always increased security presence around the perimeter of the building whenever necessary. The views are amazing, and the building, amenities, residential experience, and community are unmatched. Overall, I'm so happy to have had the opportunity to live at Park Fifth. It has by far been the best residential experience I have ever had in LA and I cannot recommend Park Fifth enough if you are looking for an apartment in DTLA. 11/10.

The costumers service is very nice and professional. Especially the leasing office team! Mr. Neal Naus and Mr. Luke are super professional: very organized and straight to the point they won’t waist your time, and welcoming: super gentle and respectful in all ways! I appreciate that a lot. I had a great experience visiting and seeing the apartments. 100/100 for the great service from these two gentlemen. Having lived here for a year, I can personally attest to the fact that we have had the best experiences with the apartment, amenities, and staff. I would like to specifically highlight Reilly and also the rest of the front desk staff. Who are always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Great place to live!

I’ve now been a resident at Park5th for five months and I only have great things to say about my experience. My initial thoughts of this property were how beautifully it’s designed and maintained, and how perfectly it’s located right in front of a park in the middle of DTLA. This building offers breathtaking views and the most luxurious amenities for its residents. My personal favorite part of living here at Park5th is the staff! Tom, Luke and Riley are just a few of the staff members who will truly go out of their way make sure the residents are always 100% satisfied. Riley at the front desk has made Teddy and I feel very welcome to the Park5th family, and we love stopping by at the lobby to visit her and get a yummy treat before getting started with our day!
