Attorney David Pell represented me in 2018. I felt it was going to be a struggle back and forth to keep my apartment and not an open and close case. Due to his expertise, the case was resolved in my favor. I had intentions of of filling out a review form and sending a card and small gift to show my deep appreciation. I have a problem procrastinating with intent to getting around to it. As always I still have holiday cards to mail. I said to myself I'll get a card off to Attorney Pell. I wanted to make sure his address had not changed. I found out he passed away in 2020. I started sobbing. I was sobbing thinking he died without him knowing how much I appreciated his efforts to help me keep my apartment. Attorney David Pell devoted his lifelong career helping people retain basic needs. I can tell you now there is nothing more important in life which some take for granted than the air we breath and a place to lay you head.
