I am tenant in this building and while most days I am happy with living in this building and beyond happy with the assistance I get from Andrew their assistant manager the management company itself is unreliable and unresponsive. I have been lunged at and nearly bit by the same aggressive dog in my building whose owner always has then off leash despite the leash policy and this management company won't do a thing about. I shouldn't come home and have to worry that I am going to get bitten by a dog. Please be ware of this place when it comes to dogs. Renters here hardly adhere to the POLICY!

I’ve been living at Mariposa for almost a year now. When my girlfriend and I first moved here Janey was the community manager and she was amazing! She was always in the office and built a rapport with every resident. Andrew, Nikki and are great too! They have always been helpful, kind, and professional from the moment you call/tour and they continue to remain that way once you become a resident. They really go out of their way to ensure the residents are satisfied. However, since they got this new manager Eunice you can tell the difference in how this property is being managed because she is not present or available to residents the way that Janey was. She is never in the office, every time I go to the office to try to speak to her I’m told by Andrew or Nikki that she’s not in. Seems like no matter what day I stop by to speak with the manager SHE IS NEVER THERE. Also, anytime you call it’s Andrew or Nikki answering the phone, when you ask to speak with Eunice “she’s out of the office today, can I help you instead?” when you ask them when she’ll be back in the office they are never too sure! They try their best to help and to be honest…I feel bad for them knowing the manager they had prior to Eunice. Only because of Andrew and Nikki am I willing to give this community 4 stars, otherwise it would be 2 stars and that’s only because the apartments are nice.

Mariposa on 3rd is an absolute dream to live at. Unlike other modern apartment buildings, Mariposa on 3rd feels like true luxury with how well-maintained the building is to how friendly and authentic the front-desk is. While the building is significantly quiet (windows are double-paned so you barely hear the outside street noise), the flooring between each unit is so thin that I can hear my upstairs neighbor's every footstep. Definitely not a deal breaker but something to keep in mind. All in all I would 100% recommend living here and happy that I made the decision to move in!

Service: I scheduled a virtual showing since I couldn't visit the property in person. Nikeia was so accommodating and helpful. She made sure we saw the units from all angles and even opened windows and doors so we could hear if the noise level would be an issue for us. At the end of the tours she made sure all of our questions were answered and was quick to respond to emails. Property: Open floor plans, everything was very modern, the appliances are all Samsung (such a plus because LG sucks), and the windows are double paned so the noise stays out. I'm excited to move in!
