Avalon Venice on Rose is an amazing community with the best staff! I am appalled to read the review written by this Richard person. I was a witness to what occurred the other day, I am an ACTUAL resident of the community and I believe this man to be the Amazon delivery driver. He didn't even have an official truck so he must have been contracted out. Our office supervisor is nothing but the upmost professional and VERY kind. This "driver" refused to deliver the package room where the community supervisor advised him it goes. He became very irate, aggressive and combative. He refused to make the deliver and cornered her in the leasing office. She refused to give him her name out of FEAR that he could possibly hurt her. I wouldn't give an irate person my name either. Everyone who lives here knows how kind and professional she is and I am pretty surprised that anyone would respond by siding with this unhinged driver. His behavior was scary and disgusting and I think she handled herself the best she could to stay safe given the situation.

Avalon Venice on Rose has been home for almost 7 years and the staff behind the scenes still treat me like I moved in 7 days ago! There's no issue too big or too small. Oscar and Julio make up two of the strongest members of support staff - not only at Avalon - but at similar communities all throughout Venice. They are prompt. They are efficient. Julio continually goes above and beyond with repairs and maintenance and Oscar is the face I can trust to be there every morning at the crack of dawn, without fail, working all around the apartment grounds to make sure Avalon is running on point. Christine works her tail off behind the scenes. She has a style and grace to her commitment to the community. And if she's not in the office, you can count of finding Regina there to support you with the same level of professionalism and class the rest of the team shows. The spot is walking distance to tapas, yoga, stretch lab, Cafe Gratitude, Jenni's ice cream, moon juice, the best surfer-style dive breakfast in town in Flake, with a CVS and a Whole Foods in a stone's throw. The neighbors are cool. The community is coming up on a decade old and still feels brand new. Stainless steel kitchen is so nice for entertaining friends and family. The spacious hardwood floods make it easy to upkeep. And with the extra commitment to ensuring parking underground, safety and comfortability here are a 10 :) Thank you Avalon and your team. You've been the best part of living in Venice for me.

I absolutely love living here for so many reasons. The building is very well maintained, the apartments are beautiful and spacious, the community and surround vibe is so positive and fun....but most of all, the service that I have received from amazon has been second to none. Lonnie has fixed anything and everything that I have ever need fixed...and pronto. He is such a professional and a real joy to know. Matthew handles everything equal haste and professionalism. He will literally do anything that he can to take care of us as tenants. Also a real joy to know. This is the place. Avalon is the bomb.

Avalon Venice on Rose is a really great place to stay! We love the atmosphere, this area on Rose Ave and especially the great guys in the office. They are always there when we need help and it's always a pleasure to have a chat. Close to the place we have great coffee and restaurants. We really enjoy each minute there to stay.
