I've been living here for about a year now and I'm always impressed with the timeliness of and the quality of work done by the maintenance staff. I recently accidently broke the vanity mirror in my bathroom and was expecting to have to pay to have it replaced. Turns out I did not have to worry though. Frank replaced it quickly and well, even repairing it for free as a one time courtesy. I appreciate the kindness Thea.

I’m incredibly pleased with my decision to reside at THEA. I’m impressed by the wonderful management team, community and building at THEA. I’d like to personally thank Brianna for providing top tier customer service throughout my entire move in process. THEA is the best luxury apt in DTLA. The amenities look exactly like the pictures. I love how they host community events for their residents for example last night they had a movie night premiere on the rooftop which was fun to attend. The building materials are great quality. Great building overall!

I recently moved into THEA and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The concierge team accommodated the early arrival of my movers ensuring a seamless experience. Furthermore, the quality, fit and finish of the apartments and amenities are second to none. The outstanding service led by Bryon and Lynette and the luxurious building make an THEA the obvious choice.

2 stars and both stars are for everyone at concierge and maintenance. Windows shattered during a one-night wind storm at Tower 2. Can you imagine that? What materials did they use to build such weak windows? Floors are so badly thin that you can hear your neighbors if they like to build/drop things or just cook in the kitchen. They block music/tv sound pretty well but everyone has upstairs and downstairs neighbors even if you're on the top floor. Can you blame the neighbors? No. You can only blame the floorings material they used. You can hear your neighbor's dogs bark. If your dogs bark all the time, train them y'all. Rents are not worth it only if you're willing to pay just for the views- that i can't complain about. I'm not even stingy about money. I just need to sell some cryptos but this place just doesn't justify the prices. There are few new apartments coming soon in the area and I can't wait to move out. Dog park is nearly non-existence. How can hundreds of dogs from all 3 towers (so that's like 150 floors of residences altogether) share one tiny little dog park with big and small and medium sized dogs. thinking all of them will get along? It smells so bad even though they clean it daily. It pisses me off to see "Penalty" signs everywhere. Get a grip. This is California. If you know what I mean. Delivery services are great- thanks to all concierge and staffs They used cheap materials to build these towers and most likely met the minimum requirement from the city permits. I know because my family owns a large construction company that builds tons of high-rise buildings and private schools in CA. They commented how this is a cheaply built building. I can't imagine people buying units from here.
