I have been holding on writing a review for the longest, hoping that Irma the property manager would to something about the many problems the property has. I have been a resident of Topaz Apartments for over three years. At the beginning everything was great, and I had no complaints. But for the past year I have been bringing to their attention the loud music and night parties coming from my neighbors next door. I have been told by Jorge the assistant manager that they are working on the problem. A year later I am still having the same issue. I am not the only resident who is dealing with the same noisy neighbors, there are several complaints yet nothing has been done. I was told to email them every time there was loud music after 10:00pm. But they don’t even reply or acknowledge my emails. I tried contacting headquarters and never got a response from them. They do not care about the good tenants that pay the rent on time. If you’re thinking about leasing here. Make sure you tour the property at night.

literally been calling for 2 days straight to get someone from leasing. I've called numerous of different numbers no response. Def. not a good look & have decided to take my money elsewhere

UPDATE: 2/11/22 Since writing this first review, the building was under different management. However, since Jorge and Irma have taken over, any calls, emails and request for assistance with issues have been thoroughly addressed and taken with the utmost concern. I usually deal directly with Jorge and he's unquestionably a joy and breath of fresh air to this amazing property. Jorge is always listening (even when I become angry) his demeanor and disposition is one which was sorely lacking from the Topaz. Are neighbors still loud at times, yes, but it's the address of that which is most important. Jorge is always there, ready and willing to make things better. I really think this location benefits from him being at the helm, and I am happy to say he's made me consider staying here longer than what I have intended. Customer service is important, and in today's dry desert of tenant care, Jorge is a glass of iced water that is more than desired. I've been living here since May of 2021. I moved here to be closer to work and I have regretted it ever since. The building is well kept, clean and has great amenities. That's where the positives end. Perhaps it is just my unit but the neighbors are loud and inconsiderate! EVERY waking moment here is a loud cacophony of music blasting, stomping and unrelenting noise. I am literally awaken all hours of the night with loud music blasting from the neighbors behind my bedroom who must have decided an apartment can also be a recording studio and utilized well into the hours when people are sleeping. I've told management and provided evidence of the sounds. They claimed to have spoke to the residents, but were told they weren't making the noise. Indeed the sounds are coming from them because it thunders on my wall and wakes me up at night, and I hear it during the day if I'm at home. Some days I try to remain out of my apartment indefinitely to avoid the noise. Management said they cannot do anything because of my word against theirs, despite the evidence I provided. I'm giving it one star because peace of mind from noise nuisances are paramount to any living situation. I have only slept peacefully a handful of nights here, and I'm going on month three soon. I strongly suggest anyone trying to move here to consider it strongly before doing so.

A smaller complex when compared to nearby apartments and lofts but I like it that way. I’m able to go up and down the elevators without much delay. This is especially a perk when you have a bunch groceries or have a pet to take out. I’ve interacted the most with Torrie from the leasing office and she has been a delight to work with. She is responsive to all my questions and concerns as a new tenant. The security and maintenance team are also friendly and helpful. All around a great experience so far!
