One of the things I love about AVA is their great maintenance staff. They are always quick to respond. Ivan the supervisor does such clean quick work. He follows up and I don't have to be on top of him to finish the details. Thanks for good work.

Review for Steve (maintenance staff): Steve is such a kind person! He is also hard working and was respectful of our apartment home and personal space when he came to help us. I can honestly say that if he hadn’t been the type of person that he is and if he hadn’t taken initiative to help us upon move out, we would not have been able to move out on time. We will miss him! Thank you, Steve!

I am writing this feedback for the wonderful support that I got from Jeannette Simon. She had been a great help throughout the leasing process. Jeannette made sure that my move in process was hassle free and quick. There were few issues with finishing touches in the apartment so she guided me to open tickets with correct portals, which was very helpful. Thank you for being a great host Jeannette.
