Wishing our manegement will re paint our apartments from inside change all that cheap carpet for harwood floor or fake plastic material that looks like hard which is more convience more clean for our Health less allergies. And stop worrying fixing just remodeling office front lobby and painting just pieces of floors around building .us as rentals we are spending rent paying trash 💡 electricity water we don't get nothing new anything brakes inside the units they bring you appliances old from other apartments.used this very inconvenient for our health know in days with covi and also they brake easy cause they are old stuff.than we have to keep calling to replace over and over.is time to people to spread the true.gallary is not a good place .just collect your rent and that's it.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have lived in a lot of places over the years but this complex is by far the worst. The building fire alarm goes off constantly especially in the middle of the night. I could not imagine having a child living here with the blatant disregard that this building has of its residences. The area has become so unsafe, I have had multiple packages stolen and feel super unsafe here even though the building has a security person out front. Every time we have an issue with our apartment the maintenance team either tells us they can’t do anything about it or they just do something to cover it up instead of actually fixing the issue. Not to mention they have raised our rent dramatically over the course of the year. The amount they are asking for is definitely not worth what you get. I would never recommend someone to live here. Also I’m not sure if they use this complex as an Airbnb but there are always random people with luggage going in and out, which just adds to the issue.

The worst apartment complex I ever lived in.fire alarm going off all the time, sometimes at 2am , 3 -5 am .It’s very loud and last around 10 min .when I called office ,instead of doing something ,they were asking bunch question then putting me on hold .10 minutes later they tell you that nothing can be done now ,wait until morning what will happen when real fire happened? II am living here for 8 months already ,but they’ still didn’t fix that problem . It’s was huge mistake for me to lease this apartment Don’t do it .

The Gallery at NoHo is a wonderful place to live. I moved to LA back in 2019. This is my second apartment in the city and has been the best yet. Everything from the staff, amenities, and the community's culture is welcoming. I signed my lease with Desree. She was so pleasant and professional from start to finish. She made sure I knew all details of the property so I could make the most educated decision possible. I recommend this living community to anyone who is willing to get the most bang for their buck.
