I gotta admit, upon touring this property my roommate and I were sold on a luxury style apartment in the Arts District. As of July 2022, I can tell you with full confidence that there is nothing "luxurious." The amenities have been under construction since 2019. Over the course of the year, they've rescinded every other perk they offer. No more concierge package service, all the packages are left in the mailroom for thieves. No parking security; cars are broken into or have parts stolen. No communication with the office; even when you try to report a problem the line never gets picked up and phone calls don't get returned. They got rid of the resident activated elevators; homeless people have been spotted in the halls. TBH, nice location but not worth the money.

Pay luxury price for quite literally zero amenities. No pool, no gym, and most recently, no front desk package acceptance. They will just leave your package out in the mailroom. Both my packages so far left in the mailroom have been stolen. I don't understand why they can't even provide this one BASIC amenity when there are no other amenities that residents pay premium price for? Really difficult to predict/control where your packages will go. Sometimes they end up in a parcel locker, sometimes left out open in the mailroom for anyone to take, other times left at your front door.

We moved into the complex almost 6 months ago! Previously lived in Pasadena, WESTWOOD, Santa Monica. The rent here is more affordable by comparison. The surrounding living facilities are also very convenient! There's a front desk that works 24 hours a day. That's great! Isaac is also the best property manager we've ever had! The leasing office staff and maintanence team can solve problems very professionally and quickly! Highly recommended!

I have just moved in to one Santa Fe and it is so cozy and clean, my unit gets lots of natural light and the area seems very safe and walkable. Valerii who assisted me on the move was so kind warm and welcoming he has really made this transition as smooth as possible I can’t wait to explore and learn more about the community:) cheers

Wow. I thought I was the only person that felt this way. I know who you’re talking about and they really are THE WORST!
No, and it's a terrible building.
