This review is in regards to the leasing agent Misty, at Veda. I've been inquiring about renting a unit at Veda but its been such a nightmare dealing with Misty, that I'm completely put-off by the apartment complex completely. She seems really nice at first but it's all very fake. The second she assumes there is any hesitation, she will be incredibly condescending. I'm an independent contractor so I was asking about how to go about proving my finances and she turned around and implied that I couldn't afford to live there? I have more than enough money, I was simply asking what type of documents they preferred. That wasn't the first or last time she was condescending to me and not only that, she clearly doesn't call people back even when she's at the office if she deems you 'unworthy'. Good to know that Misty doesn't do her very easy job properly or thoroughly at all. That will be the last time I deal with this "mean girl" attitude.

I had to relocate quickly for a new job, and Adriana helped me to find my new apartment quickly. She was thorough in answering questions throughout the application process and was very welcoming on my move-in day. Moving can be stressful, but she helped to ease that stress by making the process so smooth. Veda has an excellent location, and I have been happy the first few days in my new home.

First, I just moved here to Sherman Oaks. I have been on a hunt for a new home. Yesterday I visited and toured this building. Adriana was an amazing tour guide and so helpful with all of my questions. She’s very patient and kind! I love the setting in this building too. The lobby has amazing areas for photos too! Definitely loved my experience thanks to amazing Adriana and Veda!

I’ve lived here for about 7 years and now with all renovations finished I would say this is the best most luxury apartment building in Sherman oaks! From the beginning to now the maintenance team has always been amazing very prompt and very nice. The staff in the front are helpful and welcoming to your guest, the apartment manager is amazing he is reachable and helpful witch whatever you need, during lockdown he was very understanding to the tenants and didn’t give a hard time. I would recommend this place if your looking in the valley or specifically Sherman oaks 🙌🏽
