I have lived here for over an year and it has been a nightmare since Greystar took over. There is no place to park due to several unauthorized vehicles being parked in the garage. Management has failed to enforce parking despite several complaints. The assistant manager said they are aware of the parking issue and that it should be addressed in 30 - 60 days. I was forced to park on the street tonight, and as a single female this is very unsettling. It’s a beautiful building with great amenities but is very poorly managed. I would look elsewhere.

Today I received a $300 ticket on my car for having it parked badly, but I have a sticker and I live here for almost a year and there has always been a place to park, now there is nowhere to park, why? Well, thanks to evil work of this administration because they have given more parks than those available, when I rented here I asked the lady if I needed to get a reservation and she told me no, that here there were parks assigned to each apartment and there was no way that this horrible situation happened, so now they tell you that you have to park outside the condominium when I pay a super high amount of rent and that I was never notified, Do not move here, because situations like this happen to you and the administration cleans its hands and does nothing to try to fix the situation

The leasing team is great and was very helpful during the whole move in process. They’ve been super flexible with us. Also Cody on the maintenance team was a ton of help! Great place so far! Wish the dogs could sit in one of the court yard with us but understand why not. Overall would recommend!
