Having had nothing but positive experiences living at Icon Plaza over the past six months, I decided to renew my lease for the following year. The management is highly professional, yet maintains a personal connection with each resident. If there is ever anything needing to be fixed, work orders are typically completed within a few hours. Also, the location of Icon Plaza feels very safe and is right at the edge of campus. Overall, I would highly recommend leasing at Icon Plaza.

The location is great, the staff is friendly, and all neighbors are nice! I definitely encourage you to move to Icon Plaza, especially if you are a USC Student. P.S. the Leasing Office is always giving away free gifts and food to all residents!

I've been living here for 4 years now, and Icon Plaza is by far the best option for student housing! The manager Nicole and Helena are always so patient with my needs and concerns. They always go above and beyond to fix any issues and respond to emails so quickly! They are such caring people who always take the time to understand and address your needs. Also, the amenities here are absolutely amazing with free printing (in a 24 hr study room), a pool, a 24 hr gym, and a game room. Of course, due to COVID, these are currently closed, but before COVID I utilized every single one of these and it has made my life so much easier. If it weren't for Icon Plaza, my college housing experience would've been stressful and horrible. The place is so clean and safe as I've never had a package stolen. Even my friends not living in Icon have their packages delivered to me to avoid dealing with package thieves in their living area. The rent can be slightly pricey, but for the cleanliness, attentiveness of the staff, and safe location, it's definitely worth every penny. I have no problem paying rent because I feel like I've saved so much time not having to walk to the gyms and study lounges on campus! I also love how the leases are individual! I am so blessed to have found this place. The people in the office spread so much positivity and happiness, and they really do care so much about each individual resident. Literally, every suite mate I have ever lived with here has loved this place so much and wished they hadn't wasted their time with other housing places around USC.

Terrible service. Please avoid if possible. Icon Plaza initially messed up with my placement and placed me in a male unit. Their audit team caught the mistake in March and by that time most of housing options available close to USC were taken. I had no option but to settle for a room that I did not want. Not only did I not get the room of my preference, I ended up paying double the amount of rent even during COVID. They have provided no relief whatsoever to any of the tenants in such hard times. They're also making me pay for utilities and renter's insurance when I haven't even physically moved in since the lease started in August. Oh and about a month ago, they changed my room placement again without letting me know about it!!!!!! AND BY THE WAY, you CANNOT cancel your lease without finding a replacement for your room so good luck with that if you ever wanna terminate the lease! So please, please do yourself a favor and read through all reviews before you decide to live here :):)
