These apartment homes are very beautiful which is why I moved here however I would never recommend anyone to move here, old management sucked and new management is even worse. They will take your money and treat you like s*%t when you move in.

UPDATE: The short and sweet is that I am looking for a new place to live. All of the management comments blaming the “previous management” are a cop-out. I, too, had a significant package stolen under THIS management; sure, the stealings may have started shortly before they arrived, but they continued after. The biggest reasons why I aim to move: 1. (as stated by others) at least one of the gates of this “gated” community are open legitimately 50%+ of the time; 2. when I received my initial tour, one of the amenities was the (unless reserved) open recreational area, whereas I was told the new management decided to make the recreational area available for paid reservations, only; 3. (as stated by others and below) the guest parking situation is horrible; 4. they lock the front office door during business hours, and you have to filter your issue/request/etc. through their new security guard (who stays inside the locked front office area); 5. the community maintenance team is sub-par. This community is no longer worth the money for me. And dare I address the elephant in this room of reviews… Almost all of the latest 5-star reviews have no actual words/substance… - - - - - Previous 4-star Review: I really like this community, its friendly staff, and I like that they attempt to keep the grounds maintained. Jon is a great and responsive manager, and has maintained his accommodating nature since I first considered living here. I would love to give this place 5-stars, but the guest parking situation is pretty terrible. I think the sections painted red, as fire lanes, could easily be reassessed.

It's been great here at solimar 1500.pch, the gated housing is a plus when I work late ,knowing my family's safety #1.we been having a problem with one security gate staying open if this gets delt with we would rate 5 stars.

I have lived at Solimar since July and I have really enjoyed my experience! The community is safe, gated, and well-kept. The leasing office is extremely helpful and very responsive to any questions/problems you may have. Direct access to the 110 highway is also great for work.
