Throughout the recent months of construction it’s been very frustrating but Amber and her team here worked hard to make it a bit better. The little events like the superbowl bags and valentine’s day treats were super cute and really helped show that they cared about us.

Honestly I just moved in here about a month ago & I love it. The manager is really awesome, very eager to help, easy application to move in . besides the construction going on right now which is really not that bad & it’s awesome they are remodeling the place to make it better to live in. The area is really great. Very alive. But I’m not gonna lie the people here could be a little bit more clean when they throw out their trash instead of throwing it INSIDE the shoot they throw it outside for someone else to deal with it. 😂 it’s always the people.

I really regret moving here. My boyfriend and I decided to move to AVANA in November 2020 as it was between our jobs. We were so excited to live somewhere with a pool, sun deck, and fitness center when COVID lifted. Except that in January or February they decided to renovate the complex. No mentions of this prior to our move in mind you. They started with the pool, which was supposed to be done in May, but here we are in September still without a pool. Instead of finishing that they proceed to tear apart the fitness center and the 4th floor sun deck. Oh and if that's not enough? Now the lobby and the front of the building. Absolutely no drive to finish a single project that has been started. I held off doing this review because I like Bahar and the maintenance staff works hard, but I have emailed several times asking for updates on the remodel and management just stopped responding. It's ridiculous. You randomly get emails that oh sorry your water is being shut off tomorrow. No firm plans whatsoever. It's so depressing. They also have a sign in the elevator asking people to do positive reviews. Just don't even bother checking out the place.
