WaterMarke Tower offers tremendous upscale, exciting amenities in an energetic, modern atmosphere. Located by LA LIVE, most every unit includes a fantastic view. We have not always been 100% impressed with the management recently as they have not always addressed all concerns, and there may be too many short term renters and inadequate security these days.

New management is horrible cheap as it can be!trash chutes are not working, smells all the floors, they don’t clean pool area. don’t waste your money here.

Please TRAIN your staff on this whole ID scanning thing. Person at reception desk scrambled to come up with an answer how this info is used/stored and discarded. At first he lied its through DMV then he said its through a 3rd party.

I just moved to Watermarke and so far my experience has been delightful. The staff is helpful and friendly (s.o to Ella for being incredibly sweet and making everything so easy for me). Luke and Avery were my leasing agents and they did a great job. The building and apartments are luxurious, the view is breathtaking. The location is perfect as its close to everything you might need in DTLA. You really get what you pay for. So in love with my apartment Al Hamdoulillah.
