The crew running the store the morning of the 19th of may is quick, professional. I just had my first rental because of a car accident. Statefarm scheduled everything and the car was ready when I got here. In and out in 15 minutes. I'd also like to mention the location was nicely cleaned and you can even see people out back working on their cars

Yes you can drop off at locations other then where the reservation originates just be sure your rental agreement states that the vehicle can travel through states orher then michigan
I think there is a key drop off box by the front door.
Really depends on whether your going to return too the sam location or not. I would recommend telling the person at the rental courter that you plan on taking a trip out of state so they don't Print your contract with florida only on it.. Also as a fyi around spring time look for their out of fl one way deals full size pickup costed me $3.24 per day for almost 60 days great deals one way out of fl
