Honestly, I'm very happy about the change in ownership. It is still owned by GreyStar, but the management is so much better. Jeremy is awesome, and hold himself to a higher standard. While the regional manager continues to hold her staff accountable. If there is a complaint it would be pricing, but overall a great experience.

Finally found a nice and quite place to call home. Marine View have very spacious floor plans and just Love my new renovated townhouse that Emerson show me. Emerson is very professional and patient just love the way he was able to help me not just with my move in but setting up my utilities. The apartment has everything new and love the layout. Thank you Emerson for all your Help.

I have been here for 5 years. This is a really nice and quite community. The staff excel in customer service. Freddy and David are always very prompt with getting any work needed in my apartment. The office Staff is always Friendly and very Helpful Susan and Gary were Wonderful and Now Emerson the new Community Manager is very professional and Amazing. I would recommend this community to friends and Family.

Moving from Washington and looking for an apartment for several days. Came across this place in San Pedro because of the awesome follow ups I have receive from them. The Community Manager was very Amazing and Professional he shows us around and was a pleasure to meet. I am not looking until July and I know Emerson will keep me posted. The townhouse he show us was clean and very nice the Community looked clean and quite.
