I went into Woodwind’s ER after the urgent care doctor suggested I be admitted to the hospital. They wrongly diagnosed me and said if it happens again, to come back. Two weeks later, I was in 10/10 pain. I returned to Woodwinds, and they told me the first ER doctor was wrong. Ran more tests. They told me to wait until morning to talk to the surgeon. I asked for something to sleep because the pain had exhausted me. They said no, we want you to be alert for the surgeon. One hour later, they discharged me, saying the surgeon probably could not operate on me today and to go home. I asked if the pain came back like it did two weeks after my first visit. He rudely told me my pain would not return and gave me the wrong phone number to call to schedule the surgery myself. The nurses were excellent. When I did talk to my surge in, she was shocked that they let me leave the hospital and that he did not put me into surgery ASAP.
