Since this is my first experience with hearing aids, it may just be that all providers are like this. But the features advertised for my hearing aids are much less than what I really get. For example, My Signia AX3 hearing aids advertise a NOTCH tinnitus feature, which was a deciding factor in my decision. Midwest ENT does not support that. All Signia AX products have Tele-care, another big factor in my decision, but it is also not supported at Midwest ENT.

Midwest is a clean environment. Dr. Carroll was truly genuine, knowledgeable and thorough. He eased my son’s anxiety and even gave us his number to call if we had any concerns. Definitely of the best doctor I’ve come across in years.

I recently visited Midwest Ear Nose & Throat Specialists and had a very positive experience. I saw Dr. Becken about sinus issues and he spent a good amount of time with me. I found him to be very thorough in his approach to diagnosing my issues in a comprehensive manner. Part of the diagnostic process involved allergy testing, for which I saw Dr. Zachary. I found her to be equally excellent, very kind and provided me with a great roadmap for treatment and follow-up. The staff I dealt with at this clinic were all friendly and helpful, and I would highly recommend Midwest ENT.

Earlier in this year 2020, I noticed a small bump under my ear, had no idea what it was. I met Dr Gendron at the mid west ENT clinic. She was quick, precise and very supportive. It turned out that I had a parotid gland tumor. Dr. Gendron did not waste any time, asked me to get a CT and biopsy done. It was benign, Thank God.. without hesitation, she made sure I had the first available appointment for surgery. This happened a few days before lockdown.. I’m so glad that I found Dr Gendron and her team at the right time. Very grateful to them. I would highly recommend this center..
