Mr Rowdy Reed agreed to be at my office around 9:30 AM on Monday the 10th of July 2022 with the Blue Diamond Mulcher i was going to purchase. Unfortuntely, I was at the doctors office at 8 AM the morning of the 10th waiting on results of a covid-19 swab. I tested positive and was home by 10AM. My throat was so swollen and enflamed that I could not talk. I went to bed and only woke up during the next 48 hours to get the aniclonal antibody infusion in my arm. This morning, the 13th I was feeling well enough to write Mr. Reed telling him to bring the Blue Diamond Mulcher and I would have one of my employees give him the check. I am still in quarentine. Mr. Reeds reply was that he had called me, he had driven to my office and further more that if I wanted the machine I could come his place to get it. He had wasted enough of his time on me. Mr. Reed DID NOT CALL ME. There is no record of a call from Lawrece KS, Heritage Tractor or Rowdy Reed on my phone. He may have stopped by my office but none of my employees saw him. Were Mr Reed to be employed by me he would be fired on the spot for treating any of my customers like this. And he would be fired 2 seconds later for lying. We do offer pickup and delivery of equipment for service within a defined radius of our stores. Our teams also deliver new equipment when requested. Any pickup or delivery services are subject to a fee.
To order parts, you can visit a store, call our parts department, or order online through our Virtual Parts Counter at MyHeritageTractor.com. We carry John Deere OEM parts and A&I aftermarket parts for your John Deere and most other major equipment lines.
Yes, we can perform select maintenance and services. We're not able to perform warrantable work for non-John Deere equipment. For specific units and concerns, contact your Heritage Tractor service manager and they can provide more details and pricing
