My friends and I been calling management for a week asking questions about certain units and they’ve all been very helpful! Decided to take a tour of the building and I’m definitely leasing a unit with my friends for this upcoming fall. Loved all the amenities and the distance from the campus is nice which is extremely important!

3 alarm tests in about one month. Sometimes, they just do the alarm test without notice you. Also there is a construction site beside the building. So if you want some bad air and your sleep to be disturbed. Perfect place for you.

I would rate this a 0/5 stars if I could!!!! these people are ripping college students off… some people don’t have parents who pay for everything and may even work minimum wage jobs on top of school to get by. no other off campus apartments require an application fee of $50 and parking fee of $200, which is a lot more than the ones closer to school. they took my security deposit of $400 and ended up giving out the room to another tenant. I had to call them to get my deposit back or they would’ve kept it. And it’ll take a whole month to get my refund back. and don’t expect to get your application fee back even if there’s no room available. money is already a stressful situation to a lot of college kids and you guys are truly the worst. I wonder who else you guys a ripping off.

Our daughter lived here for a year and while the property is fine, the billing and account management issues were non-stop. They rarely got the amounts right and have an antiquated system for allocating charges to each renter in a unit. At times the staff was super helpful and then incommunicado at others - typically when you are trying to reverse erroneous charges or allocations among roommates.
