Terrible, hypocritical management. From the payment systems to customer service it’s all terrible. Oh, and they close off visitor parking for renovations and make temporary parking to account for it but then they call and have your guests towed even if they have a parking pass. Stay far away from these crooks.

a nightmare. infested with earwigs....they would be EVERYWHERE. very cheaply constructed so many holes and cracks for bugs. black widow spiders always. trash constantly. rude leasing. was really scared living here. SAVE YOURSELF....don't live here.

My family and I have been living in this building for almost two and a half years. The maintenance guys are very polite and professional and respond to requests very quickly. Just last month, they solved the hot water problem in our unit by completely replacing the boiler. I thank them all very much, especially Kevin Mencos Vasquez. Good luck

I’ve lived at the Avalon Woodland Hills for 7 years and I love it. Woodland Hills is a safe, lovely neighborhood and great community. There are a lot of nice amenities like pools, spas, gym, dog parks, fireplace and grills. The management and maintenance teams are friendly and professional. Eric Davis, the manager, has been awesome at handling any issues. Daniel Jimenez did my lease the last 2 times and is top. Dave Mendes, Sandra & Nedra are excellent as well. The maintenance team is quick and do a thorough job with repairs. Andres, Epimenio and Juan have done an amazing job on everything. This is a relaxed, peaceful community. Close to everything but tucked away in a safe gated community. Restaurants, stores, malls, grocery stores are all nearby. Highly recommend.
