Going to start this review off by saying I will not be accepting any solution to this issue on the condition that I remove my review. The property will respond to save face but they should’ve considered their online reputation when they chose to deceive me. Do not move here. The photos online do not match what you see upon arrival. The pushed back my move-in date and claimed it was because they needed to clean my unit but the apartment was filthy. When I moved in, the toilet was old and had to be replaced, the microwave door wasn’t secure, the “wood” floors were fake and visibly peeling, the stove, oven, and fridge were filthy, and the blinds were mismatched. The leasing office has an incredibly high turnover. I’ve never seen anything like it. The loose microwave door previously mentioned eventually came off. I put in a maintenance request and the leasing office charged me $225.13 for damages on an appliance that wasn’t in good condition when I moved in. They charged me 6/16/22. I’m writing this 8/22/22. The property manager STEPHANIE STALLAING has ignored all of my calls and e-mails regarding this matter. DEBBIE DELINE in the MG Properties corporate office has yet to follow up with me either. From the top down MG Properties is run by scammers. I’ve been without a microwave since the beginning of June. It is now the end of August. Do. Not. Move. Here. Find anywhere else to live. You’ll be better off.

Affordable apartments. Near HW170 with several stores near. Laundry machines available for a fee. Mostly safe area, close to a small airport so airplane noise is present any time.

If you can afford anywhere else, go there. Parking can tricky because residents & guest alike park here freely. Roaches are a thing in the older buildings. The water gets turned off 3-5xs a month for maintenance. The office turnover is incredible and I’ve been charged for erroneous & absurd fees regarding absolutely everything. The floors are wavy and make you feel drunk. Everything is broken or in disrepair. They changed out the windows so the current blinds installed no longer fit & don’t open. Weather proofing doesn’t exist here. I can see outside sunlight with my front door closed. My original stove never worked. A roach climbed out the replacement when heated. Just go somewhere, anywhere else if you can. EDIT: The contact number left for me was the normal apartment complex phone number. The office staff doesn’t even answer the office phone & emails to the corporate representatives were also ignored. Seriously, just don’t do it.

I came by the marquee not that long ago and I’ve been meaning to write a review because I think reviews are extremely important especially when the star rating is low. I definitely believe this property should be at a 4.5 and higher. The customer service is superb. Freddy was amazing and I never felt more important. He let me know all about the building and helped me find what I was looking for. Although I could not rent because I had to move out of state on business. I most definitely would have called this place my home. Often some apartments and apartment managers act like your living in a prison which is ridiculous the vibes and customer service did not come off to that. I was also able to ask a few of the current tenants i ran into at this place and the feedback was all positive. The place was also clean
