Very clean and the staff is always very friendly and helpful while being respectful of customers' privacy and non-intrusive. As a female who often goes alone to my storage unit, I always feel safe while I am there, and I don't ever worry about the security of my belongings when I leave. In this day and age, and the area in which I live, the peace of mind Waldo Rose's staff and physical security features provide is priceless and greatly appreciated! Thank you guys/gals!
