Don's RV is the absolute best!! I purchased a travel trailer from a private party and didn't have enough ground clearance with the weight distribution hitch shank that came with it...needed to move the trailer the next day. Check with every RV place, Tractor supply, auto parts and trailer dealer within 100 miles...even online. No luck. Best RV referred me to Don's. Walked in there with little hope. Everything available was too low for my truck...but the weight distribution hitch display in the showroom had the perfect shank. I had to ask....Josh asked his boss (Mario) and he came out. He said that the shank was spot welded in place...he saw the desperation on my face and said we might be able to cut down the new one, but no one really liked that idea...then Mario asked Josh to check with the guys in the back about used hitches. About 5 minutes later, Josh walks out with a used shank that was exactly what I needed...they removed the distribution parts that was on the shank for free and sold it to me at a reduced price. Josh and Mario went above and beyond to help me out. I went back to Patterson and hooked up. I Don't write reviews, but I had to for these two guys at Don's RV Center. Thanks, Mark

The guy doesn’t know how to treat customers, I went there to try to make a deal with my my travel trailer, for them to buy it but what a surprise I got from the big guy, telling me to get out of his property and not nice words, he told me to just back out from the driveway after that I went to the best rvs just on the other side of the freeway what a difference they’re very nice.
